I have been dealing with popping of my shoulder joint since get strong but there was no pain until I decided to try a snatch grip deadlift. I attempted to snatch grip deadlift to pressing instead of going overhead and that's when pain started. I thought the pain would go away but it wouldn't. I could still bench press, deadlift, squad a.k.a. the big three but I have lost the ability to do pull-ups with my left shoulder.
