About half way through our zoo experience, which we will share more about later, after the fish, frogs and snake house we started feeling a little hungry. Eager to try to 'review my location' without it being on the restaurant list, and hungry from our journey, we decided to take a stop at the woodland grill.
According to the employees, each restaurant stop at the zoo is different, with its own distinct menu, so this was the perfect chance to try out the review at my location feature of the Let's Eat app!
The fare here was very specialized, hamburger or hotdog, cheese or no cheese. We got two hamburgers and a cheeseburger, with an order of cheese curds. This was nothing to write home about, but we were impressed by the burgers, they were very decent, with nice fresh vegetables on top.
The location was complete with a sauce station, including ranch, and shaded outdoor tables. A very nice place to take a break from walking around the zoo.
