If you at least try this amazing pie at least once, then enjoyment and its incredible taste will make you prepare blueberry tart again and again.
In order to make 4-6 servings, you will need:
• 250 grams of flour
• 125 grams of butter (preferably creamy)
• 1 egg
• some salt
• 4 tbsp. spoons of sugar
• 500 grams of fresh blueberries
• 1 tbsp. spoon of any confiture
• butter and flour for powdering the mold and working surface
So, let's start the step-by-step implementation:
Step 1. First you need to heat the oven to a minimum of 200 degrees. The oil is softened, for this, let it just lie down a little at room temperature.
Step 2. You need to sift the flour into a bowl, adding a pinch of salt, egg and butter to it. With your hands, knead a smooth, homogeneous dough. If the dough as a result came out too steep, you can fix it by adding ordinary water. Then the dough, best of all, wrap in food film and put in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Step 3. Take a sheet of parchment and smear it with a small amount of butter, then lather them a baking dish. Sprinkle a smeared sheet of parchment with one tablespoon of sugar.
Step 4. On the floured work surface, roll out the dough (thinly) and lining it with the prepared form.
Step 5. Blueberries should be thoroughly washed, peeled, dried and evenly distributed over the dough. Sprinkle the berries with the remaining sugar.
Step 6. Reduce the oven temperature to 180 degrees. Tart put in the oven and bake until about 30 minutes. After the pie is ready, you need to open the oven and thus let it cool down a bit.
Step 7. Confiture slightly warmed in a water bath. Evenly pour the melted confiture ready tart and let it cool down at room temperature.
And voila, the divine tart with blueberries is ready!
