How I’m Spending These Rainy Days

The rain has been making our days indoor longer and although that could be boring for some, it’s made me a little more productive.
Being a chicken mom I still have outdoor chores rain or shine. Today I had to put in fresh new bedding and lots of it, as temperatures seem to be dropping. It was pouring but I have animals to feed dang it! Haha

I also have to make sure my vegetable and herb garden doesn’t flood, this pouring is too much for our clay like So Cal soil!
The wind is so wild one of my canopy’s flew away and totally bent. Trash time it is!

So yes, even with the rain there are plenty chores to be done, clients to be seen and fun to be had!
It’s the perfect type of day for board games and Cafe Napolitano!
