Some of the who like to stay Fit might think that there is no need to eat Junk Food as they are Bad for Health. I agree with them completely but that being said Junk Foods are Tasty and for People like me who love to Eat it's quite hard to completely stop Eating them.
So I did the next best think. I carefully builded a Rule which helps me in making good Decisions when it comes to eating Junk Food.
I follow a 80-20 Rule where I eat only Junk Food once a Week to keep a Balance of Junk Food to Healthy Food at that Ratio.
Now some of you might say what is the reason for eating Junk Food only Once per Day. There is a Good reason for it as eating Junk Food once a Week will fill your Craving for Junk Food which slowly builds up over Time.
