Dialysis days gives me a level of excitement, it is because during dialysis now I am telling my mother to buy me either three orders of the what it is called "Toppers" which is just some fried pork pieces over rice and has some gravy on it or the two piece chicken which I would eat two days in a row, one piece chicken per day plus some added extra rice.
The orders have extra rice and for the pork meal it has to have three extra rice which I will eat three days in a row and it starts today after my dialysis.
So one pork meal has two rice servings in it plus two gravies while the one order of fried chicken I told my mother to buy another three extra rice and three gravies which aren't too much as one serving of gravy from that convenience store is only about three tablespoons of gravy but it is enough to make the rice taste good for me.
These foods are just what I wanted to eat all the time, they are not exceptionally delicious really but they are my preference. In fact I do crave for them all the time and if I only live near that convenience store then I might be a regular customer that will buy there everyday, maybe even cycling the meals that they are offering because they also serve other rice meals in a bowl.
It is just unfortunate that I do not like the meals prepared by my parents and they only have a limited type of meals that they are cooking. My parents are also scared of going out now to buy food at the market, they are just buying from the vendor that goes here every morning.
That is why I had thought of just buying food from the convenience store where I am just taking them home and heating them up to the microwave a day or two after my dialysis session so that I could enjoy them at my convenience.
Meanwhile 7-Eleven stores it seems are not serving such rice in a bowl meals so it is also unfortunate that the ones near the place where I live doesn't have those while other branches of the convenience store that I am buying from is just far away here from the place that I live.
