Hi steeamians. Simple vegetables with stuffed squash and spinach is delicious to enjoy warm. The sauce is savory with the aroma of fragrant kencur. Makin steadily enjoyed with chili paste.
Material:
150 g leaf spinach.kangkung / daun kacang
250 g squash, peeled, cut into pieces
100 g tempe, cut into pieces
600 ml of thin coconut milk
250 ml thick coconut milk
2 bay leaves
1 cm galangal, crushing
5 onion grains
3 cloves of garlic
2 cm kencur
1 tsp coriander
½ tsp sugar
2 tsp salt
How to make:
Boil the thin coconut milk and spice with laurel leaves, and galangal.
Enter the squash and tempeh, simmer until both are soft.
Enter the leaves of spinach / kangkung / daun kacang.
Pour thick coconut milk.
Bring to a boil a little and then remove.
Serve with chili sauce and crackers.
