Hello steemians!
I can't believe that my weight has increased to 158lbs after this winter.
My old summer clothes in my closet don't fit me anymore, I am not happy, I must change immediately!
I starts this blog to encourage me to loss my weight.
My first day receipe is shown below.
At lunch, I have mashed potatoes with black pepper, broccoli with soy sauce, and boiled chicken breast.
For the diner, I prepared a soup with some vegetable ingredients. and add white pepper to make it taste a bit better.
My daily feeling : This is my first day to keep diet, I am feeling excited now. Hope I'm not hungry later.
