A Healthy Breakfast With Many Fruits
Breakfast is an odd meal for me, as I always have a banana when I first get up with some medicine and the rest of my pills about an half hour latter with an apple. So when I eat breakfast, I still need three more colors of fruit. Sometimes I like to do things like potatoes and eggs or waffles with fruit, but I save that for the First Day, usually. I try to eat fruit for breakfast and vegetables for lunch, as they say that it is better for you if you do not mix fruit and vegetables. I still add dates at lunch if I did not have them in the morning. Five dates will give you half of what you need in vitamins and minerals for the day. I used to always mix them in my smoothies that I love to make. But now I either use vegetables or fruits instead of mixing them up together. I save my cooking for the dinner meal, when I have more time.
Today I am choosing an avocado and an orange with some figs and dates. There is lots of vitamins in that combination. I find that I stay healthy if I eat in a nutritious way. Growing your fruits and vegetables are the best way to know that nothing has been added, or buy all Organic produce. Growing your own is cheaper and more fun. So have fun and enjoy your breakfast.
