Make Chicken Tikka Kebab at Home in an Easy Way
Ingredients
Chicken Tikkas - 500 gm.
Tomato puree - 1 Cup
Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
Cashews - 1 tbsp
Heavy cream - 3-4 tbsp
Oil -2 tbsp
Kasoori methi - 1 Tsp
Coriander Powder - 2 Tsp
Garam masala -1/2 tsp
Red Chilly Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cilantro - for garnishing
Method
Take cooked chicken tikkas. Take a nonstick pan and heat oil in it. Then, add ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 min in low flame. Now, Add the tomato puree and cashew powder. Cook until it becomes thick and a paste is formed. Then, add garam masala, cayenne pepper, coriander powder and kasuri methi. After 1 min adds heavy cream and stirs in low flame to get a thick paste. Now add the tikkas and cook for 2 mins and switch off.
Your Chicken Tikka Kebab is ready. Garnish it with cilantro and serve with roti or rice.
