In this post I bring you a topic that I really like to talk about and that many people do not like but I don't care, the important thing for me is to share things that I like about myself.
As I said in my first post, I´m trying to lead a healthy lifestyle, I have been exercising for two months and eating healthy, I am very happy because I have seen results thanks to my efforts.
Like everything at the beginning wasn´t easy, especially because I love to eat a lot of fast food and everything I could eat I ate it without thinking about my health.
I don´t pretend to convince you to change your habits but I want to tell you that since I started to change my bad habits, my self-esteem has improved, now I feel more happy with my life, my body and my physical condition has improved a lot.
Many people think that healthy food is horrible, I thought the same but I have realized that it is not.
I share my lunch today and let me tell you it was delicious.
I am very happy to share this part of my life with you, later I will show you my daily routine and many tips to keep us in shape and help each other, I will also show what I eat in a full day.
