My day has started healthy again with some scrambled egg on rice crackers with ham + some green tea 🍵.
I love starting off my mornings by eating egg for breakfast. I’ve found that it really fuels me and fills me to start of my day. I also have a cup of green tea every morning, it’s super healthy and has countless benefits including weight loss! I’ve noticed such a difference in the texture of my skin when I drink green tea everyday. It has definitely become a MUST!
Now I’m off to go complete today’s morning run and get my lil cardio session in for today 🏃🏻♀️.
