Ingredients :
30 quail eggs, peeled and fried until golden yellow
1 lemongrass (crushing)
3 tablespoons soy sauce
100 ml of water
Oil (to taste)
1 orange leaf
2 cm turmeric (puree)
3 large red chili (remove the contents, puree)
3 pieces of cayenne pepper (puree)
6 pieces of onion (puree)
4 cloves of garlic (puree)
5 pieces of candlenut (puree)
Salt to taste)
Pepper powder (to taste)
Powdered chicken broth (to taste)
Sugar (to taste)
How to make :
heat the oil and saute the spices (red pepper, cayenne pepper, onion, garlic, pecan, turmeric and pepper powder) until the aroma is fragrant. Add a little salt and soy sauce and sugar into the seasoning. Do not forget to add orange leaves and lemongrass stalks.
Next, insert fried quail eggs. Stir until the eggs and seasonings are well blended.
Add a little water and powdered chicken broth to taste in the quail eggs spice seasoning.
Cook until the spices are cooked and seep into the egg.
If it is cooked, immediately lift and serve .
