In honor of National Woman's Day, I will shine a spot light on those women of yesteryear (and today) who went against the grain by doing what; at the time, seemed very unorthodox and out of place.
To be involved in the alpha male world of physical strength was rather unheard of, even frowned on.

Breaking the confused stigma's of becoming 'too masculine', 'losing their feminine touch' by engaging in any form of lifting/pressing; resistance training began to be part of the norm for females as the decades went on.
Proving time and time again that these absurd observations were inaccurate and plain hogwash 👊
Thanks to these amazing souls for doing what they did that paved the way for many more future generations to continue down the iron path.

That's how you keep a healthy community together ✅
And lastly, super special shout outs to my lovely female clients both online and in person, new and long term.
You thought it was not possible (weight loss / increased performance) but I knew you could do it all along.
Always remind yourself where you began/how you looked and felt - then look at yourself today.
Sounds like a win to me 💪😎🏆
Keep it up!
Props to all these ladies in this post for their contributions both in and out of the gyms , who continue to reinspire even myself 😁
