They are tricky to get rid of. I know they thrive in dry and dusty indoor environments. I started misting the plants daily with water and that definitely slowed their activity down. Try some mild soap with water, just a little soap, it causes them to be sticky. Also keeping the soil from getting too dry and removing dead plant material.
