I love the lose it app it worked great for me i could still eat and drink anything i wanted like pepsi or chocolate cake the only thing you have to do is write in what your eating and drinking and how much of it and as long as you stay under the calories the app allows you for the day you will lose weight. My father also used the lose it app and lost lots of weight

it took me 3 months and a half to lose 40 pounds by just tracking what i eat and stay under my calorie budget. There are much more thing the lose it app does like you can add in how much exercise you have done for that day and it will calculate how much more calories you can eat for that day so if i felt more hungry i would go exercise so i could eat more. the lose it app also calculates how much fat, carbs and protein you have eaten. The lose it app allows you to search all types of foods and exercise for easy logging and remembers the stuff you have already logged so it is easier next time to log your food there are challenges you can join in and it is all free . I have had two more babies after this photo so i am back up to 210 pounds but i will be starting the app back very soon and i will keep you all posted on my weightloss journey :)
