Hey Laowinners!
I went to Shanghai for an expo or two, and I heard about a restaurant that was built inside of an actual airplane, inside of a mall...
Now this, I had to check out. I grabbed the gear (minus the Sony RX100 mk5 that my friend lost the night before), and headed to said mall.
Boy was it hot out. Shanghai had a record high of over 40 degrees C that day, and we were soaked in sweat.
When we got to the restaurant, we noticed that it wasn't on the directory at the mall, but instead of tucking our little tails between our legs and leaving, we noticed a familiar orange and white logo.
Now, Hooters is one of the last things that I thought I would see in China. What a bastion of American culture and capitalism. Something I feel like China is trying have less and less of these days.
I have this evil little habit to never explain anything to my wife before putting her on camera, as I always want her natural reaction, and this is the result.
Hope you guys enjoy!
Loving my new home on Steemit ;)
