Nice post, but based on my contributive ideas, i'll contribute my own quota by saying that the fact still remains that development in countries is centered i.e, urban civilization is centered on a particular region in a vast land in the sense that the total number of developed land in the world and the desire of people to join civilization makes it impossible for the land due to every person on this earth to be centred or trusted on a particular entity( the government), which makes it impossible for land, being a free gift of nature to be equally distributed.
