Checking every previous post for the drawing before the 71st Sobriety Day Post was an interesting task.
I was able to identify people that followed me from the very beginning. There were videos Steemians left I had forgotten about. To look at the format of old posts was comical to see.
My mind frame was a lot different in my early posts
Some of the stories I posted were embarrassing. Some of the content posted made me feel downright ashamed. Many of my early posts were full of vulgarities. My demeanor was one of negativity. I was truly in a state of hopelessness.
But in the end, I know we have to start somewhere to get to where we are and I've accepted those posts as part of my journey.
