Hey folks!
Some of you might have read my #Introducemyself post. If so, then you know I recently started working out/dieting again.
Well. Now it's been a month of dieting and a week of working out.
Over the span of 5 years I have spiked a lot in weight.
Back in 2012 I was a skinny young boy. About 60kg.
Here's a graduation pic I'm the one on the right.
Then in 2014 if I'm correct. I got super fat , gained 35 kg and went to about 95kg in total. I was quite big. All of that because I was with a girlfriend and let myself go.
And I started working out! I dropped about 10 kg really fast, to 85 or sth. (Don't have a picture)
And then this is near my top shape I was in, around 75-76 kg.
Not going to lie. I just got my tip a bit wet.
So here I am again. Overweight.. Alot, but I've done this before.
I will do this again.
