Fogo de Chao is my favourite place to go for dinner on a Friday. This is a chain Brazilian steakhouse where quality meats are well seasoned and grilled to perfection.
Serves come around, each carrying a skewer of different cuts of grilled meat like beef, pork, lamb or chicken. Diners can ask for their preferred doneness of the grilled meat.
There is a fabulous spread of greens and sides on the buffet counters. I wouldn't mind just eating the thick asparagus shoots with some pasta and call it a meal.
For dessert, I always order the papaya cream. It is fresh papaya blended with vanilla ice cream and then topped with liqueur. Totally decadent and indulgent.
