Crazy Headline right?... Wrong!
Steemians here's the first part about what we do daily to ourselves without even realizing the danger of it for the most part.
Everyone now days avoids perspiring as far as possible sometimes with total success.
Why should we care about it? Good question. .
Perspiring / Sweating is crucial for our bodies to get rid of built up toxins in our system.
With us all living modern lifestyles without much physical work in the most part, this results in us packing down the sodas...big mac's and so forth by our desks without thinking much about the effects this will have on our bodies soon to follow.
We rather, suppress our body's best way to keep itself healthy through the use of "antiperspirants" mainly made up with toxic Aluminium.
Most of us do not even know about the side effects most of the products have that we use every single day... soaps, creams, deodorants and perfumes etc...
We simply go to the local grocer, pick out what smells right and suits our budget and pop into the shopping cart and off we go..
Today I mainly want to discuss the effects that anti-antiperspirant roll on's have to our system.
Our skin absorbs what we plaster onto its surface, test results indicate that about .012% of the applied aluminium is absorbed through the skin. About 4 micro grams of aluminium is absorbed from a single use of ACH on both underarms. This is about 2.5% of the aluminium typically absorbed by the gut from food over the same time period. Therefore, a one-time use of ACH applied to the skin is not a significant contribution to the body burden of aluminium. (some information was sourced from Pubmed.
Although.. here above it is stated that a one-time use is not serious to us.. remember guys and girls, we apply this stuff directly onto our skin under our arms EVERY day!
Aluminium is not naturally found inside the human body at all, and some antiperspirant's aluminum salts level can account as high as 25% of the products volume, which is insane.
Using a roll on or spray containing aluminium increases our risk of breast cancers as well as other health problems, including one I think is serious is that aluminium actually goes through into the breast's nipple fluid (from the breast duct tree) now I'm not an expert but common sense tells me that this means if you are a breast feeding mother using these products, you are DIRECTLY feeding your baby infant these toxins. What do you think the long term side effects on their little systems.
Part two to follow.. It will teach you how to detox your armpits so that you can have a clean slate and start over, by using natural deodorants etc..
