This is one of the experiences in recipes that I share with you. Today I think of something that can cook as a family, simple and inexpensive, so I had an idea. A tomato sauce for pasta with meat. I am sure that the time they have tried; the difference is that it only needs little meat meat to make it delicious. Here I share.
Ingredients:
Tomatoes (several)
Big Onion
Peppers
Garlic
Ground beef
Salt
Pepper
Bay leaves
Oil
1.- In a saucepan, heat the water and add the tomatoes to remove the skin.
2.- Cut the tomatoes into small squares and remove the part of the interior that is whiter.
3.- Cut the onion, garlic and paprika in very small squares.
4.- Now add the oil in a pan, when hot; add the onion and paprika and stir. A little later the garlic.
5.- Add the ground meat (a small fist) salt and pepper to taste.
6.-Finally add the tomato and stir constantly. Place it over low heat and wait (about 40min) to thicken the sauce well and that the tomato is well cooked.
