Healthy Smoothie!
Hey Steemers,
today me and made again a good, fresh and healthy smoothie.
We want to make more good and specialy healthy recepies for smoothies and food. Most time we look our recepies are vegan.
This time we made a quick, friendly and funny stop motion story for you to see how we work.
This smoothie contains:
- Pineapple (your choise how much)
- Strawberry (we used the frozen ones this time)
- Hempseeds
- Superfood Powder (Antioxidants (Bio-Hibiscus, Bio-Rose hip, Bio-Matcha, Bio-Aronia berry))
- Chia + Water (Put the chia seeds minimum for 10 minutes in water to make them effective)
- Ginger (your choice how much)
... a little bit more water and its ready to mix it up!
