Hello Dear Steemians!..
As the saying goes, You are what you eat. Being healthy aside from doing exercise regularly, it mainly depends on the food we eat. But the consumption of unhealthy food brings also negative effect to our health. That is why I shared this photo of our dinner earlier with my family. Some fried fish with vinegar and soy sauce with chili, water with sliced lemons on it, lettuce with caesar salad dressing and a bunch of bananas.
