Hello?? I am who lives in Korea.
This is the 35th introduction to Korean food, and today I will introduce you to a different kimchi.
Maybe if you say kimchi, you think of cabbage kimchi.
There are various kinds of kimchi in Korea besides cabbage kimchi.
The kimchi that I introduce today is Kimchi made with radish.
It is a kimchi called Kkakdugi.
Kkakdugi is a Kimchi made by salting white radish cubes, draining excess water, then seasoning the cubes with red chili pepper powder, salted shrimp, Korean parsley (Minari), scallion, minced garlic and scallion.

Kkakdugi is kimchi which goes well with soup food.
When Seolleong-tang (ox bone soup) started gaining international popularity, so did Kkakdugi, the Kimchi that is served with Seolleong-tang.
Seolleong-tang will be introduced next time.
If you have not tried Kkakdugi yet, I recommend you try it when you come to Korea.
Next time I will introduce another Korean food.
Thank you for reading. Have a nice day!!
