Today, I walked for 30 min as well then I went to have dinner with one of my friends to celebrate his new apartment. We didn't eat at a restaurant, but we had some nice looking, sugary and buttery gateaus for the celebration 😉

For breakfast I had Montreal style bagels 😍
I love these bagels because they are dense, chewy and really yummy. If you haven't tried them, then I think you should at least once in your life time.
With the bagel I had natural almond butter, sprinkled with some cinnamon and buckwheat honey.
Just like bananas goes very well with PB, IMO, blueberries are the best with almond butter. They cut the heaviness and dryness of the AB and add moisture and, of course, fiber

I had breakfast very late today so I didn't have lunch.

My friend had a Turbot fish dish, some celery and carrot salads already prepared, so we just boiled some potatoes for our carb intake 😁
On the side we had Greek yogurt instead of butter for the potato, which was really nice as an addition.
As for the dessert, I got them from a bakery called Premier Moisson, famous in Montreal. One of them was chocolate caramel and the other was raspberry pistachio with white chocolate.
We shared them to have a taste of each. They were soooo good. I tried to stick to my diet disciplines and took a smaller piece of each
Since I haven't cooked or measure any of the dinner ingredients, I don't have a spread sheet measurements for it, but from the way I felt (How full I was), I would think the whole dinner was around 750 or 800 cal.

For my precious midnight snack, I will have something light
My choice would probably be plain yogurt with some strawberries.

Final Notes:
- It feels awesome that I still have a leeway of 200 Cal, in the case the dinner was more than 800 cal (which I highly doubt considering that I am starting to get hungry only 3 hrs after).
- Overall, the day was really good. I didn't overeat and I had good time with my friend 😁.
