Hello there. and here is our finished toast as a continuation to the first part
https://steemit.com/life/@tioluis/raw-vegan-pineapple-toast-with-peach-mango-compote
Which unfortunately had to be re-used as bird food :)
ahahah I wouldn't let that toast end up in the garbage can. I did think about it but then I realized what it was made with and
just throw it outside to the grass and the trees :P
So here is what happened. The toast fermented because there was a lot of moisture and the compote on top didn't let the air
though. Flavor was bitter and super sour. I would have kept it if it wasn't as fermented... nothing wrong with some sour toast
;P
But that is good, that is how we learn everything :) now let's just turn it into a learning experience :)
Here are some ideas that I know will help:
First of all, we will dry the toast separated from the compote. so once the toast is done you can store it and decide which kind
of fruit do you want to use on top.
Or probably you want to make some creamy topping or chocolate :) you can try whatever you want.
The idea is to dry the compote by itself, close to making a fruit roll-up but before is completely dry you will place the toast on
top, press and let it dry.
I really recommend you to flip the rollup out of the paper so it dries easier

Have a great day :)
