A couple days ago I was in the kitchen looking for something to eat and one of the (Snowgo) comes in saying, “Let’s make mashed Avocado!”
“You mean Guacamole.” I say. "Well I’ve made it before but never without a recipe but OK."
So I got thinking and started messing around. The first batch was kinda weird, missing a certain je ne sais quoi (That’s French for I don’t know what.) So I made another batch, added some more lemon and didn’t blend it as much and it was a HUGE hit! 😃
Snowgo ate it all night. “It was SO GOOD.“ He states. Even my Dad () liked it, though he would have put some diced raw onion in it.
“NO WAY! NOT FOR ME!” Is what I was thinking.
But anyway, here’s the recipe.
Ingredients:
1½ of Avocado
¼ lemon -Just the juice (Or how much you want. But I’d advise putting it in SLOWLY!)
¼ tsp of salt (Not heaping.)
Stuff you’ll need:
Food Processor
¼ teaspoon
A bowl
A Spatula
Instructions:
First scoop the avocado into the food processor.
Then put the salt into the food processor.
And finally add the Lemon.
Pulse. (but not for too long.)
Taste and if you need more lemon or salt add it now and stir it in with a fork, spoon, or a spatula.
Finally serve with Corn chips.
I picked Tonks as my handle because I am a Harry Potter fan and because she's strong, confident, and has multi-color hair.
