It's easy to get lost in this city. Spiritually.
When I'm in California or Hawaii or even Florida the abundance of sunlight and fresh air keeps me in a high vibration with almost no effort at all. It's here that I really have to focus on what is necessary for my spirit and what I need to let flow on right past me. It just doesn't feel natural as a human being to try and exist in a place like this. Especially in the winter months.
This halved papaya I enjoyed on my roof this morning reminded me that although I may get lost in this place, Mama 🌍 is still there!
Underneath all of this concrete & trash & pollution, she's still beneath us pulsing & PROVIDING! I nourished my body with her gift while I sat high above observing the hustle & bustle below and I felt a connection like never before.
I am never really lost. I have the earth beneath me and it's the same earth that's beneath you. So take comfort in the fact that we're all in this together. We really have no idea what we're doing. How beautiful.
