Friday is here and I need my dose of vitamins! Who's with me?
Summer is coming and it's about time I got in shape. Who wants to join me?
On today's menu I have a couple of yellow plums and some berries.
I always prefer eating the yellow plums because they are much sweeter than the red and the purple ones.
I remember when I was little I would always go with my grandmother and pick fresh plums from the trees. We would come home and eat them or make some marmalade. And of course we would bake "Pirozhki" with plums, it's a type of pastry.
My favourite type of berry is the blueberry, so I just eat a little bowl every two days.
I also like to put blueberries on my oatmeal or in a salad.
It's great to eat fruits every day, they are tasty and healthy. Much better than eating chocolate.
