Good morning everyone,
After being sick for almost two weeks I wanted to start my day healthy and light.
I was in a fruity mood but didn't feel like making food so I decided to go to my top favourite spot for breakfast.
Oatmeal..
I have been eating oatmeal for as long as I can remember.
When I was little my grandmother would make me oatmeal every morning. She would say that it's good for digestion and it makes your tummy feel good.
Also a famous sentence would be that it gives you magical strength and that after eating oatmeal you can do anything.
Now that sounded great to me!
I love eating oatmeal with fresh fruits or dehydrated dry fruits. Both ways are great.
Sidenote: Raisins are so yummy.
To add some vitamins to my breakfast I had a fresh strawberry orange juice.
And now, gym time!
