This part of Port Louis is called Caudan Waterfront. The largest shopping center in Port Louis, a tourist's excursion. Food courts, restaurants, hotels, marina, cinema. Lack of nightlife. Normandy people live in Port Louis, although 250,000 Mauritians, out of a 1,3 million population travel to work everyday in Port Louis.
