Scientists at King's College London discovered that people who sleep more are less likely to choose foods high in sugar and fat.

The study showed that people who sleep well tend to choose healthier food, consuming about ten grams less sugar per day.
About the study
The specialists reviewed the behavior of 21 volunteers who reported having sleep problems, after helping them to increase 90 minutes of sleep, eliminating caffeine and with relaxation exercises, they noticed that with only one week of regular rest, their eating habits changed.
The participants reported feeling less craving for sugar and carbohydrates.
