We've been eating meat this month from @texasparadisefarms, where we signed up on their monthly buyers program to save up to 25% off retail.
These are their pork chops and bacon we bought this month. Best pork I've ever eaten. Chops on charcoal with mesquite chips and @urbanaccentsspices Santa Fe BBQ rub. Bacon on the griddle with unrefined salt. I'm a beef guy usually, but this stuff has me seriously hooked on pigs.
Awesome Sunday with church, friends, and some serious pork.
Remember kids, you are what what you eat eats. So get them critters on grass and don't settle for industrial byproducts.
