I have to say, the quality of photography is phenomenal too... what a lot of artistic people there are here! Personally I find that getting creative with presentation adds an extra layer of appreciation for what I'm going to eat. Putting our own 'beautifying touch' to these foods of the earth feels like a good way of giving thanks and celebrating their beauty (both in appearance and nutrition).
