It's not always easy to get our children eating a wide variety of foods, and often a creative head is required. Thankfully it's not that hard to make healthy food attractive and delicious, even for the fussy eaters, and there's plenty of inspiration and recipes right here on Steemit!
I continually bake new and interesting snacks for my (almost 3-yr-old) to try, which not only gives him variety in nutrition but in tastes and textures too. I like to share these recipes in case they're helpful for other parents, so here is a selection of healthy recipes that would make great party food for children.
Who says a child with a health-conscious parent has to miss out on all the good stuff?!!
Some of these recipes are vegan, and all are vegetarian. Most of them can be adapted easily to suit preferences, dietary requirements or availability of ingredients. Any questions about how to adapt, you know where to find me!
