Carefully trimming down some 2" x 2" x 0.065" 6061 Aluminium angle for a essentially one off part for a electron microscope at work. Thin aluminum is just way to easy to bend, so I go slowly. I wish we had a CNC all the time, but for many things we do, like this, it does not make sense.
