I have just emailed then for their terms of use. Let's see if they allow folks to use their material for profit. Thinking I am going to send that refund you sent me to reverse the @promobot vote. (Or part of it if possible)

Think this is bid bot abuse either way but would be easier to muster flag support if we can get them in copyright infringement as well.
