Today I bring you scenes of my interpretation of the song Wanna Be Startin' Somethin' by Michael Jackson. This song is one of my favorite songs to dance to, it kind of gives me a kind of adrenaline and fury hehe.

The video is based on scenes, as originally the idea of this recording was for a personal rehearsal but in the end I liked the results of the dance, so I wanted to leave it for a more serious publication. Improving it a bit with editing to make it more presentable.

We will do pike push ups, we must rest our feet on a surface, in my case I will use the wall, then we must remain kneeling, to measure the intensity we will use our hands, the more distance there is between our hands and knees, the easier the exercise will be, but keep in mind that we are doing a push-up for the shoulders, so we must keep the hip elevated and our hands must be close to the knees so that this hip elevation can occur. Once we have all this in mind, we stretch our legs and proceed to perform the exercise, we will do 3-6 repetitions leaving 3 repetitions in reserve, if we can do 6 repetitions maximum, then we will do 3 repetitions. Once the exercise is finished, we will move on to the next one without rest.
