Ingredients
700 g pork steaks
2 large onions
33 cloves garlic
1 small can of chopped tomatoes
1 beer (33 cl)
0.5 dl olive oil
1 bouillon cube
1 bay leaf
1 pinch of paprika
Salt and chilli
Method of Preparation
1- Arrange the pork steaks and season with paprika, bay leaf, beer, salt and chilli. Wrap and marinate for 20 minutes.
2- Peel and wash the onions and the garlic cloves and chop them finely. Bring to the boil a pressure cooker with oil, let heat, add the onion and garlic and sauté until onion is tender.
3- then add the pork fillets with the marinade, tomatoes and broth, rectify the seasoning, cover and let the pot boil for 20 minutes. Remove from heat, let out the steam and serve decorated to taste. You can accompany with fries.
