It's 2018, and time for a new page in your book - there are many areas we can focus on - it may be money, weight, fitness, a new job, better relationships, end that affair, a new outlook on life, better steemit contributions (!) - whatever it is, stay focussed and keep it on track. One are that I have made a resolution in is to be more mindful, and maybe, just maybe, several other areas may well improve.
I have been doing a guided, daily, 10 min meditation via Headspace that gives me:
- peace
- focus
- a more mindful view of things
- an inner focus that can see my breath inside me
- a renewed sense of optimism
- a different outlook
It may be too early to understand if it is working, but i am sleeping better, and am dealing more calmly with the madness of work, as well as connecting with people that I usually avoid. The guiding voice of the speaker, in just 10 min, brings my whole core to a focal point.
