I was sure that something is wrong with my router, but nope - it is global :)

On Instagram I was receiving 5xx Server Error message, and the Facebook is out of reach. Even though there is a lot of suggestions to change DNS on your router/pc/phone to 8.8.8.8 - this does not work :)
