From past till now some times eggs are considered bad as doctors say that the yolk of egg has high cholesterol content and it causes high blood cholesterol due to which 1 out of every 33 seconds an Indian gets heart attack.
1.So, it is said that egg yolk increases the blood cholesterol but in reality dietary cholesterol doesn’t effect on blood cholesterol as trans fats is the main cause of high blood cholesterol and cholesterol present in egg yolk is different and does not affect your cholesterol level.
2.You can eat up to 3 eggs a day in regular basis as this will not affect your cholesterol and are safe. 3 eggs will not increase the LDL cholesterol and instead it will increase HDL which is good for health.
3 eggs a day will not cause you any type of heart disease and even diabetic patient can eat it without having negative impact on glucose and insulin.
3.Most people say that egg yolk is not good for you but in reality egg yolk contains the most nutrition value of egg and it’s not a wise decision if you only eat white part and ignore yolk. This yolk only helps in improving brain function and regulates metabolism. Moreover it also contains choline and vitamin B4.
So in end egg is a protein rich food undoubtedly and is the favorite breakfast of athletes and there is no reason that you deny to eat egg and now even science says that eating 3 eggs a day is safe and healthy.
