Ingredienta:-
- 1/2 cup walnuts.
- 1 cup arugula.
- 1 cup spinach.
- 1/3 cup creme fraiche.
- 1/4 cup walnut oil.
- 2 tbsp chopped onion.
- 2 tbsp water.
- 1 tsp lemon juice.
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes.
Method:-
MAKES 1 CUP.
Place walnuts in a blender. Blend on speed until smooth.
Add arugula , spinach, creme fraiche, walnut oil, onion, water, lemon juice and red pepper flakes. Blend on speed until mixture begins to get creamy. Do not overprocess. Let stand at room temperature 2 hours before serving for flavors to blend.
Arugula And Spinach Spread is ready.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to one week.
Servings Suggestions:-
- Use as a spread on baguette slices or sandwiches. Also great as a dip for crudites.
