Ingredients:-
- 1 cup grain rice.
- 1/2 cup sliced onion.
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms.
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic.
- 1/2 cup milk.
- 2 tbsp cream.
- 2 cup water.
- salt to taste.
- black pepper to taste.

Method:-
Wash and soak rice for 1 to 2 haur.
In a microwave bowl add sliced onion and chopped garlic. Place it in the microwave at 500W for 5 minutes.
Take out the bowl and add water, sliced mushroom, soaked rice. Keep it back in the microwave for 10 minutes at 500W. Stir in between.
Take it out and add salt, pepper and mix it. Also add milk and microwave it again at 500W for 10 to 12 minutes. Stir in between..
When done, add cream and mix it. Serve hot.
