Ingredients:-
- 500g whole fish.
- 1 tbsp onion paste.
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
- 1 tbsp vinegar.
- 1 tbsp lemon juice.
- 1 tbsp oil.
- 1 tbsp mint coriander paste.
- salt to taste.
- ground black pepper powder to taste.

Method:-
MAKES 2 SERVINGS.
Wash and clean the fish. Make cut on both the sides.
Mix all the ingrdients and apply the mixture on either side. Fill the cut with this mixture and keep in the fridge for 1 hour.
Place this marinated fish in a microwave safe shallow dish and microwave at 500W for 8 to 10 minutes.
Brush with little oil on the both side and grill on the high rack for 10 to 15 minutes. Keep the turning the sides till golden brown both sides.
Grilled fish is ready.
Serve with salads and green chutney.
