Ingredients:-
- 50g Long Rice
- 1 ltr Full cream milk
- 20g Almonds
- 1 pinch of cardamon powder
- 20g butter
- 120g Sugar
- some saffron
Method:-
- Wash rice and soak 1 haur.
- take almonds remove skin amd cut into slivers.
- Boil milk in a kadahi. When the milk come to.
the boilling. - Take a another kadahi heat the butter, add rice
and cook for 10 minutes till it begins to btown
lightly. - Add the milk and boil, stirring constantly to
prevent rice from sticking. - Simmer the gas, till rice is cooked.
- Stir well, add the sugar and simmer till milk
thickens. - Add cardamon powder and all raisins and
almonds - Indian famous dish KHEER is ready... Sarve it
hot & cool.
