Ingredients:-
- 1 tsp butter
- 1tsp chopped jinger garlic
- 2 cup chopped red Tomato
- 1 tsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp coriender leaves
- 4 cup water
- 1 tbsp fresh cream
- Salt &black pepper powder to taste
METHOD:-
- Switch on the flame. Heat the bowl add Butter and chopped ginjar and garlic . and wait 1 minit.
- then add chopped tomato, 4 cup water , tomato sauce , salt & pepper powder. and cover it 10-15 minit
- switch off the flame, after 5 minit letar grind all tomatos.strain well.
- cool it strain it and garnish with chopped coriender. serve with crisp bread and fresh cream
