Ingredients:-
- 1/2 kg small potatoes.
- 2 tsp oil.
- 2 tap chat masala.
- 1 cup tomato puree.
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste.
- 1 tsp jeera powder.
- 1 tsp coriender leaves.
- 3 cup water.
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder.
- 1 tsp kasoori methi.
- 1/2 tsp salt.
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder.

Method:-
MAKES 2 SERVINGS.
Wash the potatoes and place in a microwave safe bowl with 2 cup water. Microwave at 500w for 8 to 10 minutes. Peel the potatoes when cool.
Place the oil, chat masala, and rest of ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and microwave at 500w for 5 to 10 minutes.
Add 1 cup water and boiled potatoes to it. Cover the bowl and microwave at 500w another 5 minutes.
Indian Dum Aloo is ready.
Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves.
Serve with hot roti, naan and paranthas.
